MyFlightTrainTM Release 2 was released on October 11th at the AOPA Summit in Palm Springs.
MyFlightTrainTM is a solution that is specifically designed for
flight schools doing Part 141 and Part 61 flight training. It is made
to work for small to medium size schools as well as large university
flight school programs. It uses the latest web technology to ensure ease of use but provide very powerful features to enable better productivity and paperless Part 141 and Part 61 training.
| Scheduling |

| Students and Instructors use this easy to use scheduling screen. It
understands and is fully integrated with the course that the student is
enrolled in and knows what planes and instructors are valid for that
course, lesson or stage check. There is also some Patent Pending technology in the "Search for Reservation" screen that helps schedule flights in complex schedules and larger flight schools. |

| Curriculum | Full curriculum entry and management is built into My Flight Train for both
Part 141 and Part 61 training. FAA Part 141 approved curriculum are
also available for sale to your flight school. Full tracking of status for students, instructor teaching hours, progress reports with advanced index to performance reporting. Release 2 also adds a paperless enrollment modules handling both domestic and foreign pilots. This technology is patent pending and very easy to use. |
| Lesson Grading and Testing |
Full lesson management is supported. It not only support basic check out/in process but allows online pre/post flight reviews with online grading and electronic signatures. The ability to have multiple lesson completed on a single check-out but allow the grading and log entries for multiple lesson is supported with full auditing and reporting for compliance to the Part 141 online standards. Release 2 added exams, study materials and several patent pending workflow optimizations. |
| Flight Logs |
My Flight Train can keep your online logbook to avoid the hassle of paper bound logbooks. Full reporting and 8710 forms are supported. The logbook is an FAA complaint log book with full online certification in progress with the FAA. It automatically tracks your currency for day/night, IFR, time in type, etc. as well as the lessons that are taught on each flight. |
| Pilot and Instructor Profile |
My Flight Train support a full pilot profile for all of your tickets, medical, insurance and other legal requirements to ensure your are valid for PIC time. For instructors, it knows which planes they are authorized to teach in for Part 61, Part 141 and which courses and lesson or stage checks they can teach. |

My Flight Track allows you to keep profiles of your planes for easy reference and scheduling but also all maintenance items, ADs, special maintenance schedule are integrated and check with each flight. |
